Back in 2019, three friends shared more than just a strong friendship — we shared a common frustration.
Before launching CustomInk.pk, we worked with leading companies in the design and tech space. Two of us were deeply involved in branding, packaging design, and print production — handling everything from corporate gift boxes to brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials — while the third brought deep technical expertise from the software world. We loved creating, but the printing process was a constant struggle.
Slow timelines. Inconsistent quality. Limited customization. And worst of all — vendors who didn’t understand the importance of design.
We spent countless hours fixing print issues, adjusting colors that didn’t match, and reworking entire orders due to poor material choices. It wasn’t just frustrating — it was stopping great ideas from reaching their full potential.
That’s when we asked ourselves:

From Problem to Purpose
With that mission in mind, we came together — combining our strengths in design, print knowledge, and tech — and launched CustomInk.pk.
We set out to create more than a print service. We wanted a brand that makes custom printing simple, fast, consistent, and cost-effective — whether you're an individual looking for a personalized bottle or a business needing bulk packaging or branded merchandise.
